About Us

Dr. Joe Arroyo is a Doctor of Physical Therapy who was raised and practices in Corpus Christi, TX.  He has over 20 years of clinical experience as a multiple disciplinary licensed therapist which includes the following:


- Doctor of Physical Therapy

- Registered Respiratory Therapist 

- Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant


Dr. Arroyo attended Roy Miller High School and graduated from the University of Texas Health Science Center San Antonio with a Masters Degree in Physical Therapy in 2006 and earned his Doctorate in Physical Therapy at Texas Tech University in 2012.


Dr. Arroyo's specialties include: Geriatrics, Pediatrics, Orthopedics, Neuromuscular, Cardiopulmonary, Ergonomics, Home Assessments/Home Health, and many other specialties.  


His wife Stephanie is a Speech Language Pathologist and together they own and operate Dynamic Orthopedic Physical Therapy Wellness Clinic, LLC.


Dr. Arroyo enjoys spending time with his family and attending sporting events.


Stephanie Adela Alty Arroyo, MS, CCC-SLP, is a licensed Speech Language Pathologist also known as a Speech Therapist (ST) who grew up in the small town of Rockport, TX and graduated from high school in 2001. She then started her bachelors degree at Baylor University in Waco, TX with scholarship and generosity from family. She worked part time throughout college and graduated Summa Cum Laude in 2005 with a Bachelor in Arts - Communications Sciences and Disorders degree. She started grad school in Dallas, TX only 3 weeks after graduation. In 2006, Stephanie earned her Master of Science - Communication Sciences and Disorders degree from the University of Texas - Dallas (Callier Center).  She was now officially a Speech-Language Pathologist. 


Stephanie’s career path would soon lead her to meet her husband Joe Arroyo, DPT, PT, RRT. They celebrated their commitment to one another with a beautiful wedding reception at the Solomon P. Ortiz Center in 2009. They went on to start a family and have 3 beautiful children - Joe Aiden, John Michael, and Ava Madilyn. 


Stephanie has worked in a variety of settings including acute care, long term care, home health and out patient therapy. Stephanie is proficient in therapy methods for aphasia, oropharyngeal dysphagia, apraxia, autism, TBI/cognitive deficits, dysarthria, and many other language and speech disorders. 


In 2014, Stephanie founded South Texas Home Rehabilitation and Contract Services, LLC with her husband Joe Arroyo, DPT RRT. Together they have expanded this business to provide home health therapy services across the Corpus Christi, San Antonio, and Austin TX regions. 


In 2018, Joe & Stephanie decided to make another dream come true by opening the doors to their first outpatient therapy clinic Dynamic Orthopedic Physical Therapy and Wellness Clinic, LLC in Corpus Christi TX. 


Stephanie is an active member of St. Philips Catholic Church and ACTS retreat committee, along with leading the Children’s Liturgy fellowship.  Stephanie enjoys traveling, shopping, and spending time with family!
